Terms & Conditions
All online orders are handled by Pay Pal or Sage Pay, providing a high level of security. Simply browse our online shop and add any items you wish to buy into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, you will be asked to fill in a few required details in order to complete your order. This includes: name, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you if there is a problem with your order or with your delivery. We accept the following credit card/debit payments: Visa, Mastercard, and Solo.
We cannot provide a refund for correctly supplied food items unless they have been damaged in the post. We cannot be held responsible for orders, which are undelivered due to incomplete/incorrect addresses given by the customer or due to the customer not being available to receive shipment. If you are seeking a refund for any other reason, then please contact us and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
As our products are supplied fresh and produced to order, we regret that once an order has been paid for it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given.
All products are cut and packaged by us, so ensuring an exact weight is not always possible. However, we will always guarantee that the product weight, at time of packing, is no less than the weight ordered.

Well September proved to be quite a month. First our Maldon Deep smoked salmon won the smoked fish category in the annual Great British Food Awards. Then co-founder and master smoker Sean Jackson starred in the finals of the Young British Foodies.
We're floating in a luxurious kiln on cloud nine right now. It might be some time before we come back down to earth. That's after our Maldon Deep smoked salmon overcame stiff opposition to win the smoked fish category in this year's Great British Food Awards.
