When do we deliver?
Our deliveries are made by an independent nationwide courier from Tuesday through to Friday any time between 8.300am and 4.00pm.
Can we deliver earlier?
No problem, our courier service can deliver before midday but that means the carriage cost will increase from £4.50 to £6.90.
What if you're not at home?
No worries, just specify where you would like the driver to leave your items on delivery. There's a section for writing in these details on our online checkout page. For example, a box could be left with a chosen neighbour or in the garden shed.
How will my order be packed?
Your smoked seafood will be vacuum-packed and then placed in a box with ice packs to ensure it arives in the best possible condition.
When is your deadline for Christmas orders 2017?
So the very last day you can make an order is Wednesday December 20th, no later than midday.
What's the best way to get in contact with Lambton & Jackson regarding an order?

Can we come to your smokehouse and buy from there?
In principal, yes, if it's during the day between Monday and Friday. However, you must phone ahead of any proposed visit to ensure someone is on site at the given time.

Well September proved to be quite a month. First our Maldon Deep smoked salmon won the smoked fish category in the annual Great British Food Awards. Then co-founder and master smoker Sean Jackson starred in the finals of the Young British Foodies.
