Our delivery costs are an extremely competitive £4.50 for any order under £100 in total. If you want your delivery to arrive before midday then the cost is £6.90.
The delivery is made completely free of charge for any order exceeding £100.
You can place your order online whenever you want and choose whichever date suits but bear in mind we only deliver from Tuesday through to Friday excluding any bank holidays.
Please ensure that either yourself or your recipient is able to accept the delivery, or that you include specific instructions on where it should be left in our Delivery Notes box on our online checkout page.
Be aware that because of the nature of the product the courier company must complete the delivery and will not take it back to their depot.

Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service, unless the delays are caused by the customer (for example, wrong or incomplete delivery address; incorrect or missing phone number).

Your goods will be delivered with icepacks, which will maintain temperature within insulated packaging. Given the nature of the smoking process, our products can last three days un-chilled without compromising the quality. However, as a precautionary measure it is our policy to keep the temperature as cool as possible during the short period of time from despatch to delivery.

It was a privilege to play a supporting role at the recent Women in Hospitality 2018 event in London. Our smoked eel proved a big hit as a starter. No surprise given its wondrous Thai makeover from The Begging Bowl's hugely inventive chef patron Jane Alty.
Fabulous news food gong lovers, our Juniper smoked salmon won two stars at the Great Taste Awards 2018. After devouring a side the judges called it "delicious." Only last year our Maldon Deep won the smoked fish category at the Great British Food Awards.
